-October 20th, 2003 – Dr. Coril Warmington and Ms. Marian Stewart answered the call to missions at a Missions Conference held in Montego Bay, Jamaica -January 01st, 2004 – while ministering to farmers in a rural community of Portland, Jamaica – it was impressed upon their hearts that the nature of their mission should be as referred to in Matthew 25:35-36 and James 2:17 and the name of the ministry was to be “Faith & Deeds Ministries”. -October 14 – 17th, 2005 – they entered into 72 hours of fasting and prayer, seeking God’s direction regarding their future in ministry . -February 2006 – they were officially appointed as Short-Term Missionaries by the Association of Baptists for World Evangelism (ABWE). -June 05th, 2006 – Faith & Deeds Ministries officially registered as a charitable organization with the Government of Jamaica. -October 01st, 2006 – commenced local mission in Manchester, Jamaica -October 29th, 2006 – Dr. Coril Warmington and Ms. Marian Stewart commissioned as missionaries by their home church. -November 06 – 19th, 2006 – first overseas medical mission to Liberia, Africa. |
