Ministry in Rural Jamaica, February 22 - 26, 2010.

What a blessing it was to have been joined by our home church to minister the Gospel through medical evangelistic outreach and to help build the Gospel presence through local churches in our country in partnership with overseas missionaries who journeyed to Jamaica for this outreach!  The total team included four doctors, a physio-therapist and a trained counsellor and we are still in awe at what GOD did!  With a total of 639 patients seen, including 82 children - 152 persons made professions of faith in our Lord and Savior! Additionally - 273 persons were already professing Christians and so we had a wonderful opportunity to pray for and encourage them in their walk with the Lord!

At the end of the week, when we handed over the follow-up slips to each of the pastors through whose churches we ministered, the pastors were fortified for the work ahead - ongoing discipleship, mentoring and ministry - the work for them has just begun!
